Who The Hell is MC Hughie Babe?

I started MC-ing somewhere in the mid eighties.
After a short period in which I did only Hip-Hop tracks, I was invited to cut a Hip-House track
(my first "real" release) and ever since, I became addicted to all sorts of House music.
I did shows with dozens of DJ's and acts, all over the world, I recorded many, many tracks, did
some videos and even did quite a lot of voice- over commercial work. (mainly for CD's and events).
In 1989, I thought I would have long been retired by 2006, but I am still going strong!

Why The Hell Do You Need This Site?
Almost every couple of weeks, I am confronted by (vinyl) releases that contain samples of my voice.
I am honoured by this, but at the same time I hate parasite motherfuckers that steal my shit without
even trying to contact me. It pisses me off. This site may help producers or labels that like my past
and present recordings to find me and contact me, so they don't have to use the
"I didn't know where to find you" excuse, when they sample my voice. Besides, wouldn't you rather
have an original vocal instead of an old sample that a million wannabees used before?
